Beauty Tester Membership Terms

1. What the membership is

The Hoka Lash Beauty Tester Program is a monthly membership. Members receive featured full-size beauty products (retail value $28–$65 each) unlocked weekly, shipped from our US warehouse. The products themselves are always free; each weekly delivery carries an $11.95 shipping fee. All products sent to you are yours to keep, even if you cancel.

2. Billing schedule

Today (day 0): a one-time shipping charge of $11.95. Your first product (Mascara & Eyeliner 2-in-1) ships immediately. No other charge is made today.
Days 1–7: your free trial. You can cancel at any point during the trial and pay nothing further.
Day 8 and monthly thereafter: your membership renews automatically at $19.95 per month until you cancel.
Weekly deliveries: each weekly product delivery carries an $11.95 shipping fee, charged when the product ships. The products themselves are always free. A typical month (membership + 4 deliveries) totals $67.75 for $150+ of retail product.

3. Pre-billing reminder

We email you approximately 2 days before your trial ends, so you are never charged by surprise. Renewal reminders are sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

4. How to cancel

Email support@hokalash.com from the address you signed up with and say you'd like to cancel — that's it. Cancellations are processed within one business day and stop all future billing. You may also call 833-388-0655 (Mon-Sat 8am-5pm PST). There are no cancellation fees, no minimum term, and no products to return.

5. First-box promise

If your first product disappoints you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your $11.95 shipping charge. You keep the product.

6. Shipping

Orders ship from our Las Vegas, NV warehouse within 3-5 business days with tracking. The Beauty Tester Program currently ships to US addresses only.
